Our brand, launched on June 13, 2025, is a young but rapidly growing platform within our niche, demonstrating exceptional engagement and audience expansion in a short period.

Blackwater Outdoors is an authentic adventure brand exploring the unique and often unseen blackwater rivers, swamps, and waterways of the American Southeast. Hosted by founder Rodney Thompson, the brand's flagship YouTube channel, Blackwater Outdoor Journeys, documents real canoeing, kayaking, camping, and fishing expeditions with a focus on genuine storytelling and a deep appreciation for nature. We are an adventure brand for those who believe where the maps end, the wild begins.

More than just an outdoor channel, this is a family-oriented journey. Viewers join Rodney, his wife Tina, and family as they navigate the stunning wilderness of South Georgia and Florida, sharing practical tips, camp cooking ideas, and the unfiltered highs and lows of multi-day trips in a brand-safe, engaging format.
